About Tathiana

I am a former McKinsey & Company consultant, an INSEAD MBA, and an ICF-certified career coach. I currently serve as a Career Coach at INSEAD. After more than a decade in strategy consulting and tech scale-ups across multiple continents, I made a deliberate transition into coaching to help ambitious professionals build careers on their own terms.

My approach combines the analytical rigor of a management consultant with the depth of a trained coach, a combination that is rare in this space. I have worked with 50+ professionals from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, Delivery Hero, Alvarez & Marsal, and EY. On the MBA admissions side, in the last cycle, my clients secured offers from Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and IESE, and achieved a total of EUR 60,000 in scholarships.

I became a mother while building this practice, and that pivot taught me something I now bring into every session: the career you design has to survive contact with your real life, not just your ambition. That is the standard I hold every client to, and it is why my clients do not just get better titles; they get careers that actually fit.
