MBA Consulting

Deciding to pursue an MBA is one of the most significant professional bets you can make. In today's competitive market, where top programs receive tens of thousands of applications for a few hundred spots, the stakes have never been higher.

A strong application is rarely the result of talent alone. The candidates who get in are the ones who know how to tell their story with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Working with an experienced consultant transforms the process from overwhelming to structured, and it is mentorship, not just editing: it helps you develop a sharper sense of who you are professionally, where you are going, and why an MBA is the right move right now.

I am a former McKinsey & Company consultant, an INSEAD MBA, and an ICF-certified career coach. I currently serve as a Career Coach at INSEAD. After over a decade in strategy consulting and tech scale-ups across multiple geographies, I made a deliberate transition into coaching to help ambitious professionals build careers on their own terms.

My approach combines the analytical rigor of a management consultant with the depth of a trained coach, a combination that is rare in the MBA consulting space. In the last admissions cycle, my clients secured offers from Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and IESE, among others, including a EUR 60,000 scholarship.

Most importantly, I have built the exact narrative you need to build. The 'why MBA, why now, why this school' story is not just a framework I teach, it is a journey I have lived, and I love helping others find and tell theirs.
